MI OER Mini-Conference: Gather, Network, Learn
October 6, 2023 at Wayne State University
The MI OER Network convened on October 6, 2023 at Wayne State University to connect preK-12, and higher education educators to learn more about OER. This one day in-person mini-conference brought together OER advocates, users, and policy makers to dive into timely topics, network, and learn from one another. Topics such as AI, course markings, and other current, notable projects taking place in Michigan were discussed.

Keynote Day 2: Dr. Maha Bali, Professor of Practice at the Center for Learning and Teaching at The American University in Cairo (AUC).
Thank you to all who attended this year's summit, themed "Looking Back, Looking Forward". The program focused on how work in open education has been changed and transformed during the past two years and your plans for a re-imagined future.
